8th Ed. – Army book is horrible | Lustria Online

Jungle fighting rules seem ok and make sense, I do quite like the encounters and events idea. The rest is made up of modelling ideas or pics of the armies. Oh and four pages of fluff, on the Rise of Sotek onlythere’s very little oustria Lustria itself.
I hope the next one they do is better, I’ve heard its Dwarfs vs Grobi.
ludtria Maybe even Karak Eight Peaks At keast it’s better than SoC or dark shadows excepting the weather. There is one detail that catches my eye.
Both the new lists are “official tournament lists” and both have a special character in them. Does this mean that these are the only two instances of special characters in tournaments? And that you could potentially run into four seperate nurglitches in bkok next grand tournament? You can use ’em without the special characters bla, bla something”. I kill two dwarves in the morning, I kill two dwarves at night. I kill two dwarves in the afternoon, and then I feel allright.
I kill two dwarves in time of peace, and two in time of war. I kill two dwarves before I kill two dwarves, and then I kill two more. Goblin kroozade of revengyness: Why bother converting lusteia those little suckers like the flailweilding pusbags when you can only use them with special chars, which will be banned from tourneys?
Do you guys think that luxtria Campaign Book was rushed so it could get to print by Summer?
It baffles the mind why they would force you to employ expensive special characters for all battles. From KU’s description, they did not give much thought to the Rise of Sotek campaign and failed in a major way to detail Lustria to the same level as say The Old World which is what I was expecting.
This is all pretty demoralizing and makes me question whether or not my friends and I will even give it a go at all. Do they at least talk about all the various sites?
SoC had that online battle tracker lkstria whatever, and everyone seemed to have hated it sorry i don’t remember any examples of why. I don’t think so. This is not a campaign on the same scale.
Ljstria, it hardly sounds as if its even much of a campaign in the first place. When I first heard of it, it sounded like it would be moderate in size but still big. KU’s description of it makes it resemble White Dwarf filler.

The iron crowned is getting closer, Swings his hammer down on him, Like a thunderstorm he’s crushing, Down the Noldor’s proudest king. Under my foot, so hopeless it seems.
You’ve troubled my day, now feel the pain. Aye, that’s beacuse the “official” tournament rules do state no named characters. lystria
But what i’m saying is, these armies cannot be used without special characters, yet they are described as official tournament armies which means you can field one at a GT, where the rues say, as already stated, no special characters. About the fluff in the book, i had a look in it two days ago. There are actually footnotes about fluff history from all over the world. Little details and short descriptions of far off lands or sites of interest.
They were an interesting read actually There’s little about it apart from a short paragraph here and there, nothing spectacular. Bawdy – I think it’s rushed. Its basically all rules bar a small section – about two to four pages – about the RoS, which you could quite easily find from other sources.

They do shall the odd paragraph here and there but IMO nothing like it should, they said to bring us more knowledge on the lands upon which our armies fight – if the rest are anything like this then Each territory for the node campaign has a short paragraph and rules for them, but nothing much.
The Conquest is an small online campaign, it’s open to all but more a friendly campaign to be done with friends or in store.
There is a website that’ll open at some point – http: The time now is
