A textbook on all aspects of swimming, save keeping yourself aloft. Anyone over the age of five will benefit from a tremendously thorough look at competitive swimming.
Each common stroke gets it’s due. Careful photo series show each step of recommended technique and form. There is no physics in this w.maglischi. There are no chemical diagrams. The word ‘molecules’ sticks out painfully as an attempt to sound scientific when it is not justified. The recommendations on technique and speed are based on clinical published trials.
That is more than sufficient. Finally, someone get the author the email address of a comic book artist.
