There’s probably a blog with all this stuff on but sometimes having things as a book is just nice isn’t it? It’s about A6 size so doens’t take up masses of room on your bookshelf either. Present for a secret santa, for one of our docotors, he’s from Japan, i’m hoping he’ll love it.

Good quality for second hand. The Japanese have given us many things, the centre of innvoation and technology, and never has it been so pointless, useless and often wacky. You can find complete rubbish, from golf clubs to dry clothes, a mask to smoke as many cigarettes as you can. They give clear ads, and ways which they are used. It is a great way to spend in a pointless way. After reading for a while though, it is enjoyable, but becomes slightly tedious.

It will provide a laugh for a bit, and a good thing to show your mates, but it will get slightly boring. It is not something that you will be out of your head laughing with either.

Never-the less, this is original, innovative, certainly clever, enjoyable, smirk provoking, and will get you beginning to wonder about the Japanese, and leave you with many interesting thoughts. Good book, and something which you will look back on again and again.

This book is the funniest one on our shelves. The pictures and text are hilarious. It is great to get it out every now and again and laugh yourself silly.

My descriptions will not do the book justice [you will need to see the pictures to appreciate what I am saying], but here are a few of my favourite unuseless inventions featured in the book: Duster Slippers for Cats [socks for your cat, with 110 mops attached, so that the cat dusts inventiions floor as it moves around] The Backscratcher’s T Shirt [which has a grid on it so that you can tell people exactly where to scratch] The Hydrophobe’s Bath Body Suit [so that you can have a bath without getting wet] The Heavy Smoker’s Mask [so that you can smoke 14 cigarettes at once] Highly recommended.
